Simulation Master Team MemberResponsibility:
1 Project Leadership & Principal Investigator. Provide project management oversight. Develops project plans, directs and coordinates the implementation of approved plans through direct & indirect reports;
* Provides hands-on technical leadership to the projects.Evaluate progress relative to technical objectives.
* Employs strong scientific methodology in conducting projects.
* Establishes routine reporting for all activities
* Resources projects and responds to changing priorities as required.
* Identifies potentially patentable developments & develops proprietary technologies resulting in patents.
2 Develop and apply state-of-the-art simulation methods (finite element, analytic, closed-form) to establish thermo/optical/mechanical/fluid flow condition of materials/products in process/application.Perform QA to ensure accuracy of analysis results.The incumbent should carry out all phases of these tasks with minimal supervision.
3 Take the lead to develop interpretation, summaries, and opinions of the testing and analysis results appropriate to the project end-goals.Document conclusions in technical memo format.Present and discuss analyses with customers.The incumbent should carry out these tasks with minimal supervision and with maximum interaction with appropriate customer personnel.
Requirements:
1 Master, (material science/mechanical engineering/applied mechanics). Material and processing experience should span ceramics, polymers, and crystalline materials. More than 1or 2 years related exp.
2 Advanced training and hands-on experience in theory and computer methods of material science, solid/fluid mechanics and heat transfer, with specific experience using numerical methods for solution of thermomechanical, heat-transfer, thermodynamics, electromagnetics, fluid/CFD problems.
3 Hands-on experience with one of the following a must: ANSYS, Abaqus, Fluent, CFX.
4 The ability to communicate effectively (in writing and orally) with customers, staff in Eneglish is required.
