Title: CFD engineer or Sr. engineer
Job Responsibilities:
Working under global environment to perform CFD analysis as required
Be responsible for consulting on product development projects and working closely with product engineer to simulate existing and new products.
Use CFD tool in new product design, help design engineer understand the physics occurring within a product and provide suggestion & solutions for component or product improvement
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
PC skills are required especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project)
MS or higher degree in Engineering Thermo physics, Thermal Energy Engineering or other related. Formal Course in numerical heat transfer or numerical flow mechanics desired.
Good general understanding of HVAC, burner combustion, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics.
Solid foundation of computing fluid mechanics and be capable understanding the physics behind calculations.
Familiar with CFD code such as CFX/Fluent/ICEMCFD etc
2+ years’ research or industry experience in CFD software application required.
Ability to work in a team environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Combustion simulation background is favorable.
