因为想用CFX计算pressure-swirl atomizer 的外流场,所以先用简单的模型试一下。
但是出了一些问题。
几何模型为D=75mm,L=150mm 的圆柱体,出口边界为压力边界。主要设置参数如下,为实验所得。
Injection pressure diff 0.8Mpa Density Probe Normal Distance 1mm
Cone Angle 39.2 Rad of Radius 1,16mm Mass Flow Rate 0.0493
但是用CFX计算一步就跳出,显示计算结束,并伴有如下信息。

当我把雾化角减小时(15)却不会出现此问题。但是发现在离喷嘴比较远的距离才有液滴出现(见图)就是油膜的长度很长,一次破碎发生的很晚。不明白是哪里错了。
