某著名外企招募风电人才从事叶片方面的工作，工作职责和要求如下：
Responsibilities
•Work closely with global technology team, sourcing team and our key blade supplier in China to support wind blade qualification process; go through detail manufacturing and testing phases to solve technical problems related to design / manufacturing / validation; ensure the quality and timeliness of qualification deliverables.
•Lead wind blade engineering works in China by providing engineering support to Manufacturing & Sourcing functions to resolve technical issues affecting functionality, quality and producibility.
&#8226articipate in Key Part Reviews and other quality improvement projects, and ensure quality of closure on actions.
•Develop knowledge for optimum blade design by creating and improve design / analysis documentation, e.g. Specifications, Design Practices, Design Templates etc.
•Support local wind engineering works on Application and Requisition for issues related to Wind Blade.
Requirements
•BS+ degree in Material or Mechanical Engineering. 3+ years engineering experience in composite component design or manufacturing process.
•Familiar with composite material properties and manufacturing processes.
&#8226roven capability of structural component stress/fatigue calculation.
•Good knowledge of related international codes and standards, e.g. DIN EN, GB.
•Great team working spirit and good communication skills, ability to interact with cross-functional and global teams.
•Fluent English (written & verbal) for working in a global team. Self-motivated.
•Willingness to travel to supplier site.
