Monin and Yaglom’s turbulence book [1] has two thick volumes. Vol. 1 was published in 1971 whereas Vol. 2 was published in 1975. Kolmogorov’s theory on isotropic turbulence is not systematically introduced until around 200th page of Vol. 2.
