1.Technical Center Director
Full Time Location: Nanjing
Incumbent:1 Education: Bachelor or above degree
Experience:10 years or above English: CET 6 or above
Skills/Knowledge:
• Teaching Experience of Mechanical Or Electro-Mechanical Subjects
• 3-5 years of a leading of Product Design Center
• Has demonstrated success in a matrix reporting structure
• Has successfully managed cost reduction projects
• Strong English language skills and experience working for an MNC is a Plus
• Demonstrated competence in building & sustaining good Engineering
Fundamentals for a remote Technology Center are a plus:
 Adoption of global design standards
 Application of a distributed Global Engineering Change processes
 Global product data systems
 Establishing New Product Development & Engineering Metrics
 Collaborative engineering tools
 Establishing a cross-functional, collaborative product design processes.
 Technical Product training support
 Strong Technical Leadership
 Strong Project Management skills
• Experience w/Pro-Engineer CAD, 3D lasers, Failure Analysis, VA/VE a plus.

2.Training Manager
Full Time Location: Nanjing
Incumbent:1 Education: Bachelor or above degree
Experience:5 years or above English: CET 6 or above
Skills/Knowledge:
• Teaching Experience of Mechanical Or Electro-Mechanical Subjects
• Able to Learn established global training material and customize for local use
• Training skills for engineering processes
• Able to coach and provide training support
• Good global level coordination skill
• Product design and application knowledge.
• Excellent Interpersonal and Presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams of direct and indirect reports.
• Knowledge of multiple aspects of the business preferred.
• In depth knowledge of engineering standards and practices.
• Strong English language skills
3. Engineering Project Manager
Full Time Location: Nanjing
Incumbent:1 Education: Bachelor or above degree
Experience:6 years or above English: CET 6 or above
Skills/knowledge:
• Possesses & applies a broad knowledge of principles, practices, & procedures of particular field or specialization to the completion of difficult assignments.
• Demonstrates leadership abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently on projects with complex technical and/or commercial issues.
• Proficient in Pro/E and related tools.
• Project management skills.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of foundry, machining and fabrication processes.
• Knowledge of industry standards
• Strong English Language Skills

4.Development Engineer
Full Time Location: Nanjing
Incumbent:1 Education: Bachelor or above degree
Experience:3 years or above English: CET 6 or above
Skills/ Knowledge:
• Knows & uses the fundamental concepts, practices & procedures of particular field of specification.
• Proficient in Pro/E and related tool suites.
• Able to work independently.
• Project management skills.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of foundry, machining and fabrication processes.
• Knowledge of international & industry standards.

5.Designer
Full Time Location: Nanjing
Incumbent:1 Education: Bachelor or above degree
Experience:4 years or above English: CET 6 or above
Experience: Related and appropriate drafting and/or design experience.
Skills/Knowledge:
• Pro/E proficiency and design practices
• Mechanical aptitude and manufacturing processes
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Working knowledge of AS400
• Working knowledge of Bill of Material process
• Good communication skills
• Good organizational skills
• Good customer service skills
