求解水蒸气两相流时遇到的问题,望高人指点迷津!

我在计算时的问题为:求解某汽轮机的末级其工况为静叶进口总压为31171pa,总温为343.45K,动叶出口背压为5860Pa。工质选的为Redlich Kwong的H2ORKvl,静动叶交界面设为stage,收敛步长为0.0001S。
1、以上设置如果把工质选为理想气体,算得结果可以收敛。说明网格没有问题。
2、直接设置背压为5860Pa,算上几步就说静压在动叶处溢出而算不下去。

3、把出口设置为超音速,计算可以收敛,但计算出来的结果与实验结果相差太大。
4、把背压设置为15000Pa,算了500步,CFX——Slover manager面板下p、u 、 v、w的线最后变量值在0.0001以下达到水平(至少有300步)。可以认为它已达到收敛。但是在关闭它的时候,出现提示说在150步的时候牛顿跌代发散。接着把背压设置为10000Pa时,算了200步结果CFX——Slover manager面板下p、u 、 v、w的线最后变量值在0.0001以下达到水平(至少100步),最后关闭它的时候,还是提示它在150步时出现牛顿跌代发散。

5、把背压设置为5860Pa,利用4步骤中得到的结果插值,同样出现说静压溢出。
请问哪位高人怎么解决这个问题!

求解水蒸气两相流时遇到的问题,望高人指点迷津!

此问题继续:
    这几天我算了一个背压8000Pa的最后能基本上收敛,通过设置专家参数中的slove relaxation scalar =0.75 和 slover target reduction fluids =0.75 解决了最后的牛顿跌代发散问题。但是关闭求解器的时候,出现了两个结果文件。一个正常的xx.res一个xx.res.err,第一个文件的后处理中需要的变量都存在。计算中间没有提示出现错误,但是在关闭的out文件最后说的还是动叶处静压超出范围,但是Redlich Kwong的水蒸汽的压力范围应该在物理上包含我计算的压力范围。
     接着我用8000pa的res文件进行插值计算背压5860pa,在计算到26步时提示

出现26、27、28三步提示出现的问题,之后29步正常运行,直到
500多步达到CFX——Slover manager面板下p、u 、 v、w的线最后变量值在0.0001以下达到基本水平,有规则的小幅度震荡(至少有200步)。关闭它后

同样写了两个结果文件xx.res和xx.res.err,但是这次res文件中没有得到需要求解的物理量(p,T,U,v,w等),只是一些几何变量。
      
   为了求解这个问题折腾了好久了,先是调网格,网格在Icem中做的,动静叶流道的网格都是结构化的,最后网格检查没有出现错误,网格质量都在0.4以上。
     后来调背压,就如以上所说的那样操作。
   
有没有哪位同仁同样遇到过这样的问题,请加以指点迷津!
