depends. I use ICEM CFD. it is a very powerful mesh generation package. also it can output up to 100 formats that are fit for different solvers. if you want to output your mesh from ICEM CFD to CFX5, you just need to select cfx5 solver and then do one or two more steps. it is so simple.
of course cfx5.7 has incorporated cad2mesh grid generation package, but i'd rather use icemcfd than cad2mesh. just personal opinion.
