求助！为什么不能solver

我在做一个简单的例子的时候
完成了所有的定义
并且做了个简单的模型
但是一点即solver
就出现说什么不能preprocessing，请检查什么star log file
请教各位大侠怎么解决这个问题

在控制台界面中是不这样：

如果是这样，可能是License有问题

具体是怎么样的？可能性很多的，有可能是楼上说的license的问题，也有可能是设定条件出错或边界条件。。。
