前几天有兄弟到我的QQ群里问个水动力学习题（就是静力学积分一下那么简单），没人调他，竟然我窝的场子，说她问题多难，这里的人多无能。后来大家鄙视了一番。
有时候没人回答的问题，要么你没有说清楚，要么太简单，要么太难。你不是做的很高深的话，最后那个的可能是很小的。所以阿，人贵在自知之明。

流动控制，主动被动都不少，比如加个小挡板，加点气泡啦，波形壁了，吹吸气了，加入非极性力如Lorentz力啦。
别说到别处找，就我们实验室的前辈也发了不少了。见文献可到流体力学年鉴上找，有流动控制的，然后AIAA Journal上这方面应该也比较丰富，难不成我还帮你查几偏放这里阿？

onesupeng说的是正解，语气可能傲慢了点，但说的内容很对。另外，润土同学请教问题的时候把姿态放低一点比较好，现在这样讲话当然没人愿意理你。我看了一下你提的问题，包括前面的一个玛格努斯效应的问题，其实流体力学里面已经有很多研究，稍微耐心去查点资料就可以解决，我们这里一般只给你简单答案和提示，长篇大论地回复，甚至帮你去找几篇文献出来，对于多数人来讲都是很难做到的，大家都忙啊！有些事情自己能做的还是要自己做，太依赖别人不好。

哈哈哈哈你着坛子上的人太矜持，老乡生说我问问题太傲慢，其实不然。我只是直截了当。没人像我这样问，但我这样效率高。你说没人搭理我现实就是有任何我搭腔。这位看不清模样的先生很可能研究过这方面的问题。口气矫情，很可能道号深。老兄能否把你写的文章名发上来？

你的目的是想说 网站上的这个专家团队不行啊，让你达到目的后闲着赶紧做点事情查点文献。
    想看我做的是什么可以看看站上我专业点的帖子。下面写个列表，你对以下任何一个有信心的话都可以和我进行专业讨论或者合作。或者你有勇气也可以参加我们将要组织的并行程序设计方面的比赛。唧唧歪歪说一堆空话没有用。
主要对以下几个内容感兴趣：
1、水射流辅助破岩模拟
2、二维复杂边界物体的粘性绕流和流固耦合的数值模拟
3、二维具有复杂边界的传热传质的数值模拟
4、Lagrange 颗粒的ALE模拟，如河流中沙粒的迁移，大气中沙粒的输运等。
5、非牛顿流体（e.g. power-law flow）的二维数值模拟
6、大规模并行计算平台的构建和测试，并行计算
7、常见湍流模拟，如射流的LES模拟等
8、大气洋流的传热传质模拟等。
9、网格生成、运动、变形技术。
10、生物飞行游动方面的相关内容。
11、微生物生长、生物膜动力学。
曾经使用过Dytran/Natran，Fluent，Anysys等工程软件。而使用的数值方法涉及有限体积、有限差分和有限元。

Experience Requirements:

•        Advanced knowledge of 2D and 3D FE modeling and calculation of axial symmetric components (contact modeling, transient calculation, transient boundary conditions)
•        Advanced knowledge of LCF analysis
•        Optimization of 2D contours due to centrifugal load and transient thermal load
•        Basic knowledge in Turbomachinery/ Turbo Machine Design
•        Experience in using ANSYS Version 11.2
•        Knowledge and experience in combustion turbine design is a plus
•        Minimum of  5 years work experience
•        Chinese and English language skills are essential. Fluent English in reading and writing. Presentation skills are highly desirable.
•        Strong interpersonal skills to work with multi-cultural colleagues, customers, industry experts, and university associates.

Essential Job Functions:

•        Collaborate with colleagues from internal Siemens and also partners outside of Siemens to carry out work in the area of  mechanical analysis for  rotor design and related manufacturing process
