cfx 薄膜振动分析问题

本人新手，在做一个薄膜在空气中振动的问题，双向流固耦合，计算结果总报错，内容如下，请问是什么原因呀。还有就是计算一开始能进行，每次都是到第15次迭代停住，然后报错的

动网格出问题了，可以减小时间步长再试试。
