[讨论]device Reynolds number & turbulent Reynolds number

看来新年上论坛的人还不多啊，首先向大家问声新年好！！！
在CFX Manual中（ANSYS CFX-Solver, Release 10.0: Modelling | Turbulence and Near-Wall Modelling | Modelling Flow Near the Wall）有这么一句话： Note that the low-Re method does NOT refer to the device Reynolds number, but to the turbulent Reynolds number, which is low in the viscous sublayer.
device Reynolds number和turbulent Reynolds number分别是什么？我想device Reynolds number是不是指以几何模型的特征长度计算的Reynolds number，而turbulent Reynolds number是局部的Reynolds number（近壁处的）。。。不知道是不是这么回事？
