错误信息：
initialization failed：perturb boundary nodes and try again.
intialization failed to mesh 79 nodes
error:TG_mesh_Domain failed with error code1.
error:Tetrahedral_meshing has failed for volume v_volumne.1
This is usually caused by problems in the face meshe. Check the skewness of your face meshs and make sure the face mesh sizes are not too large in  areas of small gaps.

I do not know how this software will deal with such problem. From the error message, we can see that it is caused by the un-proper surface grid size. Prof. Yang Zhasheng or Huang Mingque (sorry, I do not remember which prof, because both of them are expert about generation of unstructured grid) from Nan hang has wrote a paper about how to deal with the problem of grid penetration if the surface grid size it larger than the distance between surface points.
