Swirling Flow

In axisymmetric flow, there are no angular variations of any flow quantity. Normally, the angular velocity is zero meaning that only the velocities in the radial and axial directions needs to me modeled. In this case, the angular velocity is non-zero. The swirling flow is 2D even though all three velocity components are modeled.
The model studies the flow of air confined between two rotating cylinders. The inner cylinder rotates counter clockwise and the outer cylinder rotates clockwise.
