Aerodynamics Engineer
Description:

HTT is a global leader for its turbocharging and thermal systems for passenger car and commercial diesel applications.  CPG is a global provider of a variety of leading branded automotive products, including the Prestone, Holts, Autolite, Fram, Bendix and Jurid brands.  With annual revenues of more than $4B, TS employs over 13,000 in over 30 sites worldwide.

Other key duties include:
•Aerodynamic and mechanical design of turbocharger compressors and turbines
•Carry out CFD analyses of flows in compressors, turbines, and associated components
•Carry out compressor and turbine performance predictions


Qualifications:     
•Familiar with CFD code such as Fluent, NUMECA, StarCD, CFX, ICEM CFD, etc.
•Familiar with one kind of 3D modeling CAD code such as CATIA, ProE, UG, etc.
•Turbomachinery design experience desirable
&#8226C skills are required especially Microsoft Office & VBA.
•Master’s degree in turbomachinery aerodynamics-related subject desirable


Skills:

•Good general understanding of turbomachinery, internal combustion engines, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics
•Good communicator in both oral and writing
•Team player & Commitment
•Fluent in both English and Mandarin
•Use DFSS tools•

•Develops deep understanding of turbocharger aerodynamic design and performance
•Demonstrates a creative flair in turbocharger compressor and turbine design
