1，Minimum 8 years working experience
2，Minimum 5 years of FEA experience using ANSYS, HYPERMESH or other commercial FEA software.
3，Minimum 2 years mechanical design experience desired.
4，Strong knowledge of Finite Element Analysis techniques, solid mechanics and numerical methods.
5， Effective communication skill in both Mandarin and English.
6， Project management experience a plus.
7， Preferred mechanical engineering experience in areas such as gas turbine or diesel engine design and analysis.
8，Able to lead other analysts and to communicate with management and customer at all levels
9，Solid modeling experience preferred.
10， Post-graduate engineering degree required (MS or PhD)
