Responsibilities:
To assess/ recommend the time/value of the work to be undertaken for an internal/external client within an agreed fee/cost structure relating to your capability with the assessment of ship structures and authorisations to carry out this work.
To pursue continuous personal development and maintain a high degree of discipline knowledge and awareness.
To assist in service delivery improvement by communicating internal/external client feedback as appropriate.
To coach other employees, as appropriate, and disseminate information to achieve effective knowledge transfer and application.
Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, accreditation schemes, legislation, and industry standards.
To assist in internal/external client management as appropriate.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree
Above 3 years relevant working experience
Self motivated and proactive
Flexible, keen to learn and develop new skills
Good written and verbal English
