各位先生，帮忙看看exceed安装问题，谢谢

我的系统是dell提供的winxp sp2 home版。
安装exceed的时候先把时间改为2005年，然后安装，可是在安装过程中出现了错误，
说在创建文件的时候出错，原文是：error 1317: An error occured while attempting to create the directory C:/documents and settings/all users/application data/humminbird/conectivity/10.00/global/accessories
我安装的时候网络断开，windows 防火墙关闭，mcafee关闭。
不知道什么原因，和系统有关系么？我的机子是三个月前买的dell6400，应该不算落后了。哪位解答解答，多谢了。
