Responsibilities:
•        Develop comprehensive test design with customer workflow focus.
•        Execute test design, perform testing including function, performance, workflow, install, Localization/Globalization and interoperability, and find defects in products.
•        Support Product Beta and QA driven customer events, ensure customer issues and suggestions can be well received, tracked and followed up.
•        Research and implement test methodologies, metrics and tools applying to Cloud products
•        Continuously learn and be able to quickly digest new knowledge for various Simulation products.
•        Act as a customer champion to ensure that customer satisfaction is the highest priority quality measure for product.
•        Actively engage in technical issues from customers and drive them to resolution.
•        Be willing to make earnest efforts to share teammates expertise and ideas
•        Pro-actively reach out and build quality partnerships with other teams and members.
•        Investigate and communicate anything that may impede progress on projects.
•        Effectively communicate, collaborate and negotiate across teams.
•        Provide on-demand updates to QA management for project status, overall quality status, and risks.

Requirements:
•        3+ years of working experience in professional Simulation industry.
•        B.S. degree or equivalent or above in Material Science & Engineering, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, and/or Automotive.
•        Solid experience with CAE software (ANSYS, CFDesign, Algor, Moldflow, etc.)
•        Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•        Fluent English language skills.
•        Computer programming skills is highly preferred.
•        Cloud/Web based experience is highly preferred.
•        Experience working directly with customers in a support or service environment is plus.

Other Preferred Qualifications:
•        Experience with software testing methodologies, and software project management.
•        Experience with commercial or internally developed automation tools.
•        Experience with agile process.
