对于拥挤收费基本原理图解中的需求曲线问题有个疑问：
需求曲线D如果代表用户的出行收益，那么它同时也是边际收益曲线吗？对于平衡点应该有边际收益等于边际成本才对。如果是的话，应该有怎样的一个经济解释呢？

摘要 : 利用路段交通流量、交通密度及交通空间平均速度的关系 , 通过选择合理的参量——路段交通载量 , 解决了由于拥挤路段流量与费用的非单调关系产生的拥挤收费为负的问题 , 给出了基于交通载量及交通密度比的拥挤收费定价公式 . 通过建立路段社会总收益函数 , 分析交通路网供需特性 , 给出了拥挤收费起点的一个解释 .

Analysis of road congestion pricing

Abstract: Taking advantage of relationships among the speed, the volume and the density of the traffic flow, the problem of negative toll arising from nonmonotonic relation between the volume and the costis dealt with. By choosing the reasonable variable-volume of passenger car unit on the road, the congestion pricing equation is established. Through building a function of social utility and analyzing supplydemand features of the traffic network, a new explanation of the congestion toll threshold is presented.
