win8 64位安装ansys14问题

求高手帮忙解答一下。都快折腾死了。
问题描述:
1,原来装了ansys14.0，但是因为要用并行计算，开始那个intel MPI没设置好，后面嫌麻烦就卸载了14.0，装14.5，但是发现14.5怎么都装不好，又回来装14.0
2，按照网上的安装流程装了14.0后 workbench 能够正常打开，但是fluent打不开总是提示没有liscense的问题
3，软件提示的详细问题如下：

就是license没有装好。
