请教大虾,有谁用FLUENT模拟从一个高约0。3米的水池底部喷吹气体的二相流的问题。喷嘴直径大约2毫米,出口速度200/s.

这个问题实际上用VOF和MIXTURE两种模型都可以算,但算出来正不正确却很难讲.

yes, I agree with you. As a matter of fact, I have tried these two method and compared with the water model. Ii is hard to say the calculated results is correct.

this is one of my results using VOF model.  Blowing argon from bottom of AOD. Three phase, liquid steel, argon and liquid slag is included.

In the documentation of fluent, it is introduced that VOF model is more appropriate to big bubbles in liquid.  But to me, the result is good enough. I am simmulate the flow field in a bubble column. My calibration can not be converged. Fluent tells me the Error in AMG solver: x-momentum. I cann't find what's the wrong. Dear Dr. cfc-fluent, do you know the reason!

我用fluent计算鼓泡塔,但计算总不收敛。提示信息:Diconverge in AMG solver: x-momentum.
网格:2D网格,轴对称;
Solver: segreted+steady
multiphase:Euler (water+air)
Viscous: k-epsilon
Discrete phase:default
Operation conditions: 101325Pa + gavity
Boundary conditions: 空气入口:velocity-inlet(air:0.5m/s); 自由面:pressure-outlet(back flow是瞎设置的).
清各位高手支招!
