I am not an expert in this area. But I have a suggestion that might help !
Do the simulation seperately! It is better to use your own codes.
The vibration of the membrene is a starndard test problem, its governing equation could be obtained from many textbooks. It could be easily solved by the finite element or finite difference method, if the loadings and boundary conditions are given. Here the loading can be obtained by the so called "impendence" of the liquid, if there is no cavitation, reaction, etc.. That means that the velocity of the liquid on the surface of the membrene should be the same on vibration velocity, and the stress on the membrene surface should be the same as the liquid pressure. From these two conditions, you can simulate the membrene vibration. Then solve the fluid equation using the input obtained input from the membreme vibration.
