请教一个计算中的问题

问题（一）
Updating solution at time level N...
Error: Too many (74831) VOF sub-timesteps. The velocity
field is probably diverging. please check the solution,
and rduce the time-step if necessary.
Error Object: ()
这段话是什么意思啊？
我的 Number of Time Steps 只设了1，
而 Max Iterations per Time step 只设了300；
为什么会出现Too many (74831) VOF sub-timesteps.
问题（二）
还有一个问题就是：我在用VOF模型算题时，在 Multiphase Model对话框中，
若选中了 Solve VOF Every Iteration,
在计算定常时，会出现如下错误：

在计算非定常时，会出现如下错误：

我用VOF模型做一个水箱出水的例子也出现了这样的错误，不知什么原因，计算不收敛，请高手指点。
