[求助]Fluent6.2.16安装错误提示!!!如何解决呢？

●机子上装的是WindowsXP操作系统,在安装Fluent6.2.16的过程中,出现提示:
Error opening file for writing:
"C:\Fluent.Inc\ntbin\ntx86\rshd.exe"
Hit abort to abort installation,
retry to retry writing the file,or
ignore to skip this file.
●如果点击“忽略”按钮,后面的可以安装完，也可以计算有关的算例。
但是，在启动Fluent时，首先提示：
Welcome to Fluent 6.2.16
     Copyright 2005 Fluent Inc.
     All Rights Reserved
Loading "C:\fluent.inc\fluent6.2.16\lib\fl_s1119.dmp"
Done.

●想打开用并行机计算的算例，当打开case和dat文件时，出现的错误为：

上面第一、第二个问题已解决，第三个问题还没解决。
是不是算例没有保存退出的原因？最后的CASE和DAT文件是上一次保存的，最后由于网络的原因，程序是自动关闭的。
