What kind of flow are you simulating, internal flow of nozzle or the flow out of nozzle? I know the internal flow can be simulated by VOF model in fluent. Actually there are some papers about it. I forget the paper name. Maybe I can find it for you. But the result is not good by comparing the CFD result to experiment data so far.
yeah, I do think ｋｐｘｘ６６６ are right at this point. but no commercial software is as accurate as experiment. so if you are doing a project , you can use this to get your profit. if you are making research about it ,you should first conduct experiments.

In our group, we did both the cfd and experiment on the sturdy of internal flow of simplex nozzle. We used the PDPA and PIV measured the internal flow field. At the same time, a ALE algorithm software is developed here to get the CFD result. the fluent is also be used to get the data. the difference between CFD data and experiment result is large.
