To couple the two sides of the wall, select the Coupled option under Thermal Conditions. (This option will appear in the Wall panel only when the wall is a two-sided wall.) No additional thermal boundary conditions are required, because the solver will calculate heat transfer directly from the solution in the adjacent cells.
