我用solide65单元计算，输入本构关系，采用了弧长发，计算中途出现一对话框，内容如下：One or more elements have become highly distorted.  Excessive           
distortion of elements is usually a symptom indicating the need for     
corrective action elsewhere.  Try incrementing the load more slowly     
(increase the number of substeps or decrease the time step size).  You  
may need to improve your mesh to obtain elements with better aspect     
ratios.  Also consider the behavior of materials, contact pairs, and/or
constraint equations.  If this message appears in the first iteration   
of first substep, be sure to perform element shape checking.            
然后就跳出运算了，请教是什么原因啊，怎么解决呢？

一个或更多的单元高度 distorted.
单元过度扭曲表明需要纠正某些步骤：
试着缓慢加载 (增加子步数or减少时间步长大小 ).  You  
也能需要增加网格获得更好的单元aspectratios.
也可以考虑材料属性，接触或者约束
如果以上信息在第一子步第一节点显示，一定要执行单元图形检测element shape checking.

混凝土计算对于单元的大小，参数的选择，计算时间步的设置都是很挑剔的，一般最好用小的时间增量步来试算。
如果不考虑压碎选项，计算收敛相对较容易
