Thompson的 Numerical grid generation: foundation and application
就很好，虽说老了点儿。网上有电子版。如果你需要，我可以上传！
Thompson的比较新的书有 Handbook of Grid Generation.，在国图可以查阅和复印。这可是一个大部头书，16开的，如果我没有记错的话，有1000多页。
